This hearty casserole combines all the flavors of a loaded meat lovers pizza—ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and more—into a cheesy, satisfying dish. Perfect for pizza night without the crust!

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ lb Italian sausage
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup black olives (optional)
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta:
    Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Brown the Meat:
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
    Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pizza sauce.

  • Assemble the Casserole:
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, half the meat mixture, and half the pepperoni and bacon.
    Sprinkle with half the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
    Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.

  • Bake & Serve:
    Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Garnish with black olives and red pepper flakes if desired.
    Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
