The ultimate fusion of two favorites—Meat Lovers Pizza Tacos are loaded with ground beef, crispy bacon, and pepperoni, all smothered in marinara and cheese, tucked into a golden taco shell for a handheld pizza experience.


Ingredients

  • Ground Beef: 1 pound
  • Pepperoni: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Cooked Bacon: 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Taco Shells: 8
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup
  • Marinara Sauce: 3/4 cup
  • Diced Tomatoes: 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onions: 1/4 cup
  • Minced Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic in a bit of oil until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in pepperoni, bacon, marinara sauce, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Place taco shells on the baking sheet and sprinkle some mozzarella inside each shell.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the meat mixture, then top with more mozzarella and diced tomatoes.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tacos are crispy. Broil for 1–2 minutes if desired.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Use a thicker marinara sauce to prevent soggy tacos.
  • Pre-bake taco shells slightly before filling for extra crunch.
  • Chop meats finely for better distribution in each bite.
