These Meat Lovers Pizza Tacos combine crispy taco shells with all your favorite pizza toppings like ground beef, pepperoni, bacon, mozzarella, and pizza sauce. They’re fast, cheesy, and totally crave-worthy!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, oregano, pepperoni, and bacon. Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Stir in pizza sauce. Remove from heat.
  5. Place taco shells on the baking sheet. Add a layer of shredded mozzarella in each shell.
  6. Spoon meat mixture into each taco shell. Top with more cheese and diced tomatoes.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and shells are crispy.
  8. Top with red onion and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use low-moisture mozzarella to prevent soggy tacos.
  • Toast taco shells before filling for extra crunch.
  • Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping.
