- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp pepper flakes
- ½ tsp salt (optional or to taste)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients: chili powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper flakes, and salt.
- Stir the spices together until they are fully blended.
- Store the seasoning blend in an airtight container or jar. Use it to season 1 pound of meat, or adjust the amount for larger portions.
Notes
- To make the seasoning salt-free, simply omit the salt and adjust to your preferred seasoning level.
- This blend works perfectly with beef, chicken, pork, or even vegetables for a delicious taco filling.
