Ingredients
- Ground Beef: 1 lb (lean)
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Red Bell Pepper: 1 large, thinly sliced
- Yellow Bell Pepper: 1 large, thinly sliced
- Cherry Tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
- Red Onion: 1 medium, sliced
- Kalamata Olives: ½ cup, pitted and halved
- Feta Cheese: ½ cup, crumbled
- Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: ½ teaspoon
- Salt & Pepper: To taste
- Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
