Description

A quick, colorful stir fry of lean ground beef, fresh Mediterranean vegetables, olives, and feta, ready in under 30 minutes and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

  • Ground Beef: 1 lb (lean)
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Red Bell Pepper: 1 large, thinly sliced
  • Yellow Bell Pepper: 1 large, thinly sliced
  • Cherry Tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
  • Red Onion: 1 medium, sliced
  • Kalamata Olives: ½ cup, pitted and halved
  • Feta Cheese: ½ cup, crumbled
  • Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt & Pepper: To taste
  • Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned, then remove from skillet.
