- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup Granulated Sugar (for cheesecake)
- 1 large Egg (for cheesecake)
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract (for cheesecake)
- 1 cup Chopped Milky Way Bars
- ⅓ cup Caramel Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until glossy.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Fold in half of the Milky Way pieces.
- Spread brownie batter evenly into prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture over brownie batter. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Sprinkle remaining Milky Way pieces on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with extra caramel if desired.
