Description

Fudgy brownies layered with creamy cheesecake, gooey caramel, and melty Milky Way candy bars — these Milky Way Caramel Cheesecake Brownies are a decadent dessert dream come true.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup Granulated Sugar (for cheesecake)
  • 1 large Egg (for cheesecake)
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract (for cheesecake)
  • 1 cup Chopped Milky Way Bars
  • ⅓ cup Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until glossy.
  3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Fold in half of the Milky Way pieces.
  4. Spread brownie batter evenly into prepared pan.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Spoon cheesecake mixture over brownie batter. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Sprinkle remaining Milky Way pieces on top.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing.
  10. Serve chilled or at room temperature with extra caramel if desired.

Notes

  • Use room temperature ingredients for smooth mixing.
  • Line pan with parchment for easy removal and clean slicing.
  • Chill before slicing to maintain defined layers.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer.
