Description

Million Dollar Pie is a sweet, creamy dessert that’s as indulgent as it sounds! With a delicious blend of pineapple, cream cheese, and whipped topping, this no-bake pie is perfect for special occasions or when you need a quick, decadent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Add the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, and mix until well combined.
  • Add the Extras:
Fold in the crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans (or walnuts). Mix gently until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Fold in the Whipped Topping:
Add the whipped topping to the mixture, folding it in gently to preserve the light, airy texture.
  • Assemble the Pie:
Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Chill:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, until it’s set and firm.
  • Serve:
Slice and serve chilled. Optionally, garnish with extra chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or maraschino cherries for extra flair.

Notes

  • You can use a homemade graham cracker crust if you prefer.
  • Feel free to swap the nuts based on your preference, or omit them for a nut-free version.
  • For an extra tropical touch, you can add a bit of shredded pineapple on top before serving.
