Ingredients
- Frozen Cheese Ravioli: 700g
- Ground Beef: 500g
- Marinara Sauce: 700ml
- Ricotta Cheese: 1 cup
- Cream Cheese: 100g, softened
- Sour Cream: 1/2 cup
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups
- Grated Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
- Italian Seasoning: 1 tsp
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
- Fresh Parsley (optional): 2 tbsp, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine Ingredients: In a skillet, brown ground beef. Stir in marinara, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, and half the parmesan.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the dish.
- Assemble the Dish: Layer half the ravioli, then half the cheese mixture, half the sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Repeat layers and top with remaining parmesan.
- Cook to Perfection: Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more. Broil 2–3 minutes for golden top.
- Finishing Touches: Let rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
