  • Chicken or Vegetable Broth: 4 cups
  • Russet Potato: 1 large, peeled and diced
  • Broccoli Florets: 2 cups, chopped
  • Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups, freshly grated
  • Cream Cheese: 4 ounces, softened
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika (optional): ½ teaspoon

Instructions
