- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In small bowls, prepare sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut into festive shapes using cookie cutters and place on baking sheet.
- Brush each with olive oil, add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cool slightly before serving.
