These soft and fluffy dinner rolls are made without yeast, making them perfect for quick meals. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll have fresh, homemade rolls in no time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or softened butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Add milk and mayonnaise (or softened butter) to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix! The dough will be sticky.
  • Portion the Dough: Scoop the dough into the muffin tin, filling each about 2/3 full.
  • Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor. Serve warm!

Notes

  • These rolls are quick to make and great for last-minute meals.
  • For an extra touch, you can add garlic powder or herbs to the dough.
