- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats and baking soda, then combine with the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and candy-coated pieces.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them out.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Use a cookie scoop for uniform size and even baking.
