Description
A rich, buttery bundt cake made with pudding mix and soaked in a warm vanilla butter glaze. Incredibly moist and perfect for gatherings.

- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 ounces)
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water (120ml)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (120ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (115g)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
- 1/4 cup water (60ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, sugar, eggs, water, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- In saucepan melt butter, add sugar and water until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour warm glaze over warm cake in pan.
- Cool before inverting and slicing.
Notes
- Pour glaze slowly for even absorption.
- Grease bundt pan thoroughly.
- Cool before removing from pan.
