Description

A bold and flavorful New Orleans-style spicy shrimp dish cooked in a rich buttery garlic sauce with a hint of heat.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add butter and olive oil and melt together.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink.
