Ingredients

  • Desiccated Coconut: 2 1/2 cups, divided
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 can (14 oz)
  • Heavy Cream: 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter (unsalted): 2 tablespoons, softened
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: Pinch


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, stir together condensed milk, heavy cream, butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth.
