Description

Crunchy no bake Easter haystacks made with chocolate coated noodles and colorful candy eggs. A quick festive treat perfect for Easter parties and spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini candy eggs


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Place chow mein noodles in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the noodles and stir gently until evenly coated.
  5. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the parchment lined sheet and shape into nest forms.
  6. Place candy eggs into the center of each nest.
  7. Allow nests to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm before serving.
