- 2 boxes (4-serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
- 1 Graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk to combine.
- Add the thawed lemonade concentrate and whisk together until the pudding mixture thickens (about 2 minutes).
- Fold in the Cool Whip, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. For best results, make the pie the night before and let it chill overnight.
- Garnish with fresh lemon slices before serving.
