This refreshing No-Bake Lemonade Pie is the perfect summer dessert. With a tangy lemonade flavor, a creamy filling, and a graham cracker crust, it’s easy to make and requires no baking—just chill and enjoy!

  • 2 boxes (4-serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 1 Graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk to combine.
  • Add the thawed lemonade concentrate and whisk together until the pudding mixture thickens (about 2 minutes).
  • Fold in the Cool Whip, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. For best results, make the pie the night before and let it chill overnight.
