Description

These No Bake Peanut Butter Blossoms are a delightful twist on a classic holiday favorite! With creamy peanut butter, crispy Rice Krispies, and a decadent chocolate kiss in the center, they’re an easy and irresistible treat perfect for any occasion. Ready in just 10 minutes, these no-bake cookies are a crowd-pleaser for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 34-36 Hershey’s kiss candies, unwrapped


Instructions

  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Heat the light corn syrup, peanut butter, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat until smooth and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl. Stir until the cereal is completely coated.
  • Using a small cookie scoop (about 1 1/2 tablespoons), scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Press a Hershey’s kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before serving or storing.
