- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 34-36 Hershey’s kiss candies, unwrapped
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Heat the light corn syrup, peanut butter, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat until smooth and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl. Stir until the cereal is completely coated.
- Using a small cookie scoop (about 1 1/2 tablespoons), scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Press a Hershey’s kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
