A warm scoopable cookie pie with a gooey Nutella center, crispy edges, and soft chewy texture, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Nutella


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Grease a baking dish.
  6. Spread half the dough, add Nutella, cover with remaining dough.
  7. Bake until golden on edges and soft in center.
  8. Let rest and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overbake for gooey center
  • Chill Nutella for easier layering
  • Serve warm for best texture
