  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or sausage)
  • 12 small potatoes (or as many as you want), diced
  • 1 can cream soup (chicken, mushroom, or celery—your choice)
  • ¾ cup milk (or substitute with water and sour cream)
  • Salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

Instructions

  • Brown the Meat:
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned. Drain any excess grease if needed.
  • Cook the Potatoes:
    Add the diced potatoes to the pan, stirring occasionally until they’re tender (about 10-15 minutes).
  • Add Soup & Milk:
    Stir in the cream soup and milk (or your substitute mixture). Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Season & Melt Cheese:
    Add salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. Stir, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
