Description

These oven baked harra fries are golden, spicy, and topped with creamy garlic sauce and fresh parsley. The perfect Middle Eastern-inspired twist on classic fries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen thick-cut fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup garlic sauce (Lebanese toum)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a baking sheet inside while it heats.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the frozen fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, coriander, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Carefully line the hot baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately toss with lemon juice.
  6. Drizzle generously with garlic sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Preheat your baking sheet for extra crispy fries.
  • Adjust cayenne pepper to control spice level.
  • Garlic sauce can be made ahead and stored up to 5 days in the fridge.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
