- 1 bag (24 oz) frozen thick-cut fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup garlic sauce (Lebanese toum)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a baking sheet inside while it heats.
- In a large bowl, toss the frozen fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, coriander, and salt until evenly coated.
- Carefully line the hot baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and immediately toss with lemon juice.
- Drizzle generously with garlic sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
