Crispy, golden phyllo rolls filled with creamy feta and fresh dill, then drizzled with spicy chili honey for the ultimate sweet and savory snack or appetizer.

- 10 sheets phyllo dough, thawed if frozen
- 1 ½ cups feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, dill, lemon zest, and black pepper until combined.
- Lay out one phyllo sheet, brush with olive oil, top with another sheet, and brush again.
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling near the bottom edge, fold in sides, and roll tightly. Repeat.
- Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- While baking, warm honey and chili flakes in a saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Drizzle chili honey over rolls before serving. Enjoy warm.
Notes
- Keep phyllo covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
- Don’t overfill rolls to avoid leaking.
- Chilling before baking helps them keep their shape.
- Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
