1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and milk.
Bring the mixture to a rapid boil and boil for 2 and a half minutes.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and peanut butter.
Stir until the peanut butter is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 pan (or 11×13 pan if doubling the recipe).
Let the fudge cool and set before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a larger batch, you can double the ingredients and pour the fudge into a 11×13-inch pan.
Make sure to stir constantly while boiling to avoid burning the mixture.
