Description

This creamy and sweet peanut butter fudge is easy to make and packed with rich peanut butter flavor. It’s the perfect treat for any occasion and a great addition to your holiday dessert tray!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine the sugar and milk.
  • Bring the mixture to a rapid boil and boil for 2 and a half minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add the vanilla and peanut butter.
  • Stir until the peanut butter is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 pan (or 11×13 pan if doubling the recipe).
  • Let the fudge cool and set before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a larger batch, you can double the ingredients and pour the fudge into a 11×13-inch pan.
  • Make sure to stir constantly while boiling to avoid burning the mixture.
