Description

Soft homemade bread filled with layers of melted cheese and savory pepperoni, baked to golden perfection for a comforting and satisfying dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar, then add flour, salt, and olive oil to form dough.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled in size.
