Description

Cheesy, savory Pepperoni Rolls filled with mozzarella and pepperoni, baked to golden perfection. Perfect for a snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough (about 1 lb)
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese on the dough.
  3. Roll up the dough tightly, seal the edges, and slice into individual rolls. Place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
