Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup shelled unsalted pistachios, roughly chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and stir in both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until fluffy.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently to combine.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
  5. Spread batter in prepared pan and smooth the top.
