- Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with foil, leaving some overhang on the edges for easy removal. Set aside.
Step 2: Melt the Base Ingredients
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, butter, and water.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate chips are melted. If necessary, microwave for an additional 30 seconds, stirring again until fully melted.
Step 3: Add Pudding Mix and Sugar
- Stir the dry pistachio pudding mix into the melted chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Step 4: Add Pistachios and Press Into Pan
- Fold in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
- Press the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan using a spatula or your hands.
Step 5: Chill and Slice
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil overhang. Peel off the foil and slice the fudge into squares using a sharp knife.
