- 12 oz pasta
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
- In a bowl, mix pasta with marinara, vegetables, olive oil, and seasoning.
- Grease baking dish and transfer mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
