Description

A cheesy pizza casserole packed with pasta, rich marinara sauce, melted cheeses, and classic pizza-style vegetables for a comforting and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix pasta with marinara, vegetables, olive oil, and seasoning.
  4. Grease baking dish and transfer mixture.
  5. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
