- 8 slices bread
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one slice butter-side down, spread marinara sauce, add mozzarella and pepperoni, and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat for remaining sandwiches. Serve hot with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
