Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar, then let sit briefly.
- Add flour, salt, and butter, and knead into a dough.
- Let dough rise until soft and doubled.
- Divide dough and wrap around each hot dog.
- Dip each in a baking soda bath.
- Place on baking sheet, brush with egg, and sprinkle salt.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
