  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

 

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small pot, combine the rolled oats, oat milk, banana chunks, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Cook the Oatmeal: Heat the mixture over high heat, stirring occasionally, until it begins to bubble (about 2 minutes). Reduce the heat to low or medium-low and let it gently bubble for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Serve: Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl.
  4. Top with optional toppings: Diced apples, pepitas, or chia seeds for added texture and flavor.
