Description

Easy and creamy Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Bites Recipe – a healthy, refreshing snack made with raspberries, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 12 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt to a medium bowl. If using plain yogurt, add maple syrup to taste and whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour the raspberries into the yogurt and break them up using a potato masher or fork.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a silicone muffin tray, filling each cup as desired.
  4. Place the tray in the freezer and let it freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
  5. Remove from the muffin tray and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use silicone trays for easy removal.
  • Separate layers with parchment paper if stacking bites in a container.
  • For extra flavor, add lemon zest or drizzle with chocolate.
