Easy and creamy Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Bites Recipe – a healthy, refreshing snack made with raspberries, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.
Ingredients

- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the yogurt to a medium bowl. If using plain yogurt, add maple syrup to taste and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the raspberries into the yogurt and break them up using a potato masher or fork.
- Spoon the mixture into a silicone muffin tray, filling each cup as desired.
- Place the tray in the freezer and let it freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
- Remove from the muffin tray and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- Use silicone trays for easy removal.
- Separate layers with parchment paper if stacking bites in a container.
- For extra flavor, add lemon zest or drizzle with chocolate.
