A quick and comforting twist on classic lasagna, this Ravioli Lasagna layers pillowy ravioli with marinara, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan for a cheesy, saucy bake that’s effortless yet irresistible.
Ingredients

- 2 (25-ounce) bags frozen cheese ravioli
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Mix ricotta, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- Layer half the ravioli, half the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella, and more marinara. Repeat layers, finishing with ravioli, sauce, and mozzarella. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Do not thaw ravioli before baking — it cooks perfectly from frozen.
- Use freshly shredded mozzarella for the best melt.
- Let the lasagna rest before cutting to help layers set.
