- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
- 24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place into muffin cups.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Immediately press a mini Reese’s cup into each cookie while warm.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
