A delicate and floral latte perfect for a cozy afternoon, combining the classic flavor of Earl Grey with the subtle essence of rose buds.

  • 1 teaspoon loose leaf Earl Grey tea or 12 tea bags
  • 23 dried rose buds
  • 4 ounces steamed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla paste
  • ¼ teaspoon white sugar

Instructions

  • Brew tea: Steep Earl Grey tea and rose buds in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain the tea.
  • Steam milk: Heat milk in a microwave or on the stove. Froth the milk using a milk frother or immersion blender.
  • Combine: Pour steamed milk into the brewed tea, being careful not to disturb the frothy top.
  • Sweeten and flavor: Stir in vanilla and sugar.
