- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp rose syrup (e.g., Rooh Afza)
- 1 tbsp rose water
- ½ tsp ground green cardamom
- Rose petals and slivered pistachios, for garnish
Instructions

Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the dahi, whole milk, rose syrup, rose water, and ground cardamom.
Blend until completely smooth. -
Pour and Garnish:
Pour the rose lassi into tall glasses.
Garnish with rose petals and slivered pistachios for an elegant touch. -
Serve Chilled:
Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

- Adjust Sweetness: Rooh Afza provides enough sweetness, but you can add powdered sugar if desired for a sweeter drink.
