- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- Boil water and steep jasmine tea for 3–5 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain leaves. Let tea cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with sea salt and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Chill your serving glass if desired.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in the cooled jasmine tea.
- Spoon the salted cream on top gently to float.
- Optional: Sprinkle a small pinch of salt or green tea powder for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the layered flavors.
Notes
- Use high-quality jasmine tea for a more aromatic result.
- Don’t overwhip the cream—soft peaks give the best texture.
- You can brew and chill the tea ahead of time.
- Coconut cream works great as a vegan alternative.
