Description

A rich and hearty slow cooker chili made with ground beef, beans, and bold spices. Perfect for cozy meals and easy meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Transfer mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Add beans, tomatoes, and spices.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Stir and adjust seasoning.
