Description

Soft, fluffy brioche buns with a rich buttery flavor and golden crust, perfect for sandwiches or enjoying fresh.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, milk, and eggs into a dough.
  2. Knead in butter until smooth and elastic.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Shape into buns and place on tray.
  5. Let rise again.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
