Instructions
- In a blender, purée the watermelon until smooth.
- Add lime juice, sugar, chili powder, and salt. Blend again until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into a shallow dish and spread evenly.
- Freeze for 3 hours, scraping with a fork every 30 to 45 minutes to form ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen and fluffy, scrape again before serving.
- Spoon into bowls and garnish with lime zest and extra chili or Tajín, if desired.
- Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
