  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Prepare the Batter:

    • In another bowl, mix buttermilk, melted butter, egg, and honey until smooth.

  • Bake the Poppers:
    • Spoon the batter into the greased mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
    • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Prepare the Honey Butter Glaze:
    • While poppers are baking, whisk together melted butter and honey in a small bowl.
  • Glaze the Poppers:
    • Remove poppers from the oven and cool for 5 minutes.
    • Generously brush each popper with the honey butter glaze while still warm.
