Description

Crispy tostadas topped with spicy shredded chicken, creamy beans, fresh vegetables, and cheese for a bold and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning and warm through.
  3. Heat oil and crisp tortillas until golden.
  4. Spread beans on each tostada.
  5. Add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  6. Add sour cream on top.
  7. Serve immediately.
