  • 2 fresh jalapeños, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice, jalapeños, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the Skewers: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill or Broil: Grill the skewers over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side or broil in the oven until cooked through.

  • Serve: Serve the skewers with cilantro lime dip on the side. These skewers are sweet, spicy, and bursting with flavor!

Notes
