Ingredients
- Steak (sirloin or round): 1 ½ pounds, sliced or whole
- Salt and Pepper: to taste, for seasoning the steak
- Onion: 1 large, thinly sliced
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons, for searing the meat
- Butter: 2 tablespoons, for the gravy base

Instructions
