- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F or heat oil in a pot to 350°F for frying.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Pipe or spoon batter into a greased donut pan or shape for frying.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and lemon juice until creamy.
- Dip cooled donuts in glaze and top with sliced strawberries. Let set for 10 minutes.
