Ingredients

Scale

6 small flour tortillas (cut into triangles), ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted), ½ cup granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 8 oz cream cheese (softened), ½ cup powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup heavy whipping cream, 1 cup fresh or canned strawberry pie filling, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Make the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the tortilla triangles with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool completely.

  • Prepare the Cheesecake Dip:
Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.

  • Assemble the Box:
Add chips to one section of a platter or box. Spoon cheesecake dip into another section. Place the strawberry pie filling in a separate bowl or compartment.

  • Serve and Enjoy:
Dip the crunchy chips into the creamy cheesecake and top with strawberries for the ultimate dessert nacho experience.

Notes

– For extra flair, drizzle melted chocolate or white chocolate over the top.
– Use flavored tortillas (like honey wheat) for added taste.
– Fresh strawberries with a little sugar and lemon juice make a great homemade alternative to pie filling.
