A refreshing and creamy Strawberry Dole Whip made with frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and a hint of lemon. This easy-to-make treat is perfect for a summer day or anytime you’re craving something sweet!

Ingredients

Scale

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk for a lighter version)
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients: Add frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth: Process the mixture until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. If it’s too thick, add an extra splash of pineapple juice or coconut milk to help blend.
  • Serve immediately: Scoop into bowls or swirl into cones using a piping bag for a soft-serve effect.
  • Freeze for firmer texture: For a firmer consistency, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup as needed.
  • For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or any other plant-based milk.
  • If you prefer a firmer texture, freezing the mixture for an hour or two will help achieve that.
