Ingredients

- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and poppy seeds in a bowl.
- Add mixed greens, strawberries, and red onion to a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently until coated.
- Serve immediately.
