Description

Sweet and tangy peppadews filled with a creamy blend of cream cheese, feta, and fresh herbs, chilled to perfection for an easy and elegant appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 20 whole peppadews, drained well
  • 200 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 100 grams feta cheese, finely crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Allow the cream cheese to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes to soften fully.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Arrange the drained peppadews on a clean plate or tray and pat dry if needed.
  4. Using a piping bag or small spoon, fill each peppadew generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Refrigerate the stuffed peppadews for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and the filling to firm.
  6. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired and serve chilled or slightly cool.
