Instructions
- Allow the cream cheese to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes to soften fully.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Arrange the drained peppadews on a clean plate or tray and pat dry if needed.
- Using a piping bag or small spoon, fill each peppadew generously with the cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate the stuffed peppadews for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and the filling to firm.
- Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired and serve chilled or slightly cool.
