- 20 frozen dumplings
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic, mix with tomato sauce and seasonings.
- Grease baking dish.
- Layer dumplings, sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella, repeat layers.
- Cover and bake 35 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes.
- Rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
